Online Banking
With Online Banking you will be able to:
- View your account balances, images of checks cleared and other transaction activity
- Transfer funds between your checking and savings accounts and set up future transfers
- Option to schedule future payments or set up recurring payments such as your mortgage or car loan payment
- Receive electronic invoices and schedule automatic payments for credit cards, insurance, etc.
- Export your account history to financial software or create custom reports to help you manage your personal finances

Our Account 2 Account transfer option is an easy way to transfer funds into and out of checking, savings and money market accounts between Connecticut Community Bank, N.A.® accounts and other accounts you have at different financial institutions.

InsurBanc Debit Card is now compatible with Apple®, Google™, and Samsung Pay®. Add your InsurBanc debit card, then shop in stores, in apps and online with your mobile device. You will get the same benefits that come with your card, this time with a simple touch of your phone.

Add card to Apple Pay:
- Open Wallet app
- Tap the plus sign in the upper right corner
- Follow the instructions to add your Connecticut Community Bank card
- Further authentication may be required

To use the mobile banking app, you must be enrolled in online banking. To download: visit the Apple or Google Play app stores. Search for Connecticut Community Bank.

Text banking is a service which allows you to quickly request and receive account information via text message. You won't need to sign in and it's just as secure as our other services
To enroll in our Text Banking, you must be enrolled in online banking. If you’re not already an Online Banking user, click here to enroll.

Mobile Banking Features
Quickly check account balances at a glance with Instant Balance. This feature allows you to view up to six account balances without logging in. Simply activate the Instant Balance feature by tapping the icon in the top right corner of the login screen.
Access your account quickly with Remember Me Login. Our Remember Me feature saves your username to allow for faster login. All you will need is your password. You can enable this feature on the login screen.

*Turning your debit card off does not impact the processing of previously scheduled payments or online payments.
With our Mobile Banking app, you can deposit checks directly into your account using the camera on your smartphone or tablet. Your deposit will be securely delivered to us for processing.
Our Mobile App and Internet access are required for Mobile Deposit.
Pay your bills from anywhere right from your mobile device. Just select a payee from your existing list, enter the amount and payment date, and confirm. That’s it! You can also view and modify pending payments. Mobile bill pay is available to all our online bill pay subscribers. This service is not available with our text banking option.
