InsurBanc now offers a wide variety of digital services to help you connect with your accounts.  We know that each service is not for everyone, so you can choose one or all of our digital service options you would like to engage in.  You can add additional services at any time. 

 

Online Banking

With Online Banking you will be able to:

  • View your account balances, images of checks cleared and other transaction activity
  • Transfer funds between your checking and savings accounts and set up future transfers
  • Option to schedule future payments or set up recurring payments such as your mortgage or car loan payment
  • Receive electronic invoices and schedule automatic payments for credit cards, insurance, etc.
  • Export your account history to financial software or create custom reports to help you manage your personal finances

Online Banking Features

The Popmoney® personal payment service lets you send (or receive) money to friends, family or almost anyone. All you need is their name and email address or mobile telephone number to move money from your bank account to theirs.

You'll find Popmoney® under the Pay Bills tab in Online Banking!

Our Account 2 Account transfer option is an easy way to transfer funds into and out of checking, savings and money market accounts between Connecticut Community Bank, N.A.® accounts and other accounts you have at different financial institutions.

Digital Wallets

InsurBanc Debit Card is now compatible with Apple®, Google™, and Samsung Pay®. Add your InsurBanc debit card, then shop in stores, in apps and online with your mobile device. You will get the same benefits that come with your card, this time with a simple touch of your phone.

What you'll need:

  1. An eligible device
  2. Your physical Connecticut Community Bank debit card
  3. Wallet app

Add card to Apple Pay:

  1. Open Wallet app
  2. Tap the plus sign in the upper right corner
  3. Follow the instructions to add your Connecticut Community Bank card
  4. Further authentication may be required

What you’ll need:

  1. An eligible device
  2. Your physical Connecticut Community Bank debit card
  3. Google Pay app

Add card to Google Pay:

  1. Open Google Pay app
  2. Tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner
  3. Follow the instructions to add your Connecticut Community Bank card
  4. Further authentication may be required

What you’ll need:

  1. An eligible device
  2. Your physical Connecticut Community Bank debit card
  3. Samsung Pay app

Add card to Samsung Pay:

  1. Open Samsung Pay app
  2. Follow the instructions to add your Connecticut Community Bank card
  3. Further authentication may be required

Connecticut Community Bank’s Mobile Banking is the ultimate on-demand service. Now you can access your accounts anywhere you are and perform convenient transactions including mobile deposits, bill payments, transfers and viewing your balances, all from your smart phone or tablet.

With three options to choose from, you’ll be on your way in no time!

The Connecticut Community Bank smartphone and/or tablet app is available on iPhone and Android operating systems. Download the apps and enjoy the full user experience with easy-to-navigate screens.

To use the mobile banking app, you must be enrolled in online banking. Once enrolled, simply search for Connecticut Community Bank in your device's app store and download.

Get full and extended mobile banking capabilities on your web-enabled device. Receive an optimal banking experience with a look and feel that is similar to PC-based online banking, in a site designed to fit neatly into your device’s screen.

To enroll in our Mobile Banking Browser, you must be enrolled in online banking. If you’re not already an Online Banking user, click here to enroll.

If you are already enrolled in online banking:

  • Log in to online banking from your PC or laptop
  • Click Account Services
  • Click Requests
  • Click Mobile Banking Enrollment

Text banking is a service which allows you to quickly request and receive account information via text message. You won't need to sign in and it's just as secure as our other services

To enroll in our Text Banking, you must be enrolled in online banking. If you’re not already an Online Banking user, click here to enroll.

If you are already enrolled in online banking:

  • Log in to online banking from your PC or laptop
  • Click Account Services
  • Click Requests
  • Click Mobile Banking Enrollment

Mobile Banking Features

Quickly check account balances at a glance with Instant Balance. This feature allows you to view up to six account balances without logging in. Simply activate the Instant Balance feature by tapping the icon in the top right corner of the login screen.

Access your account quickly with Remember Me Login. Our Remember Me feature saves your username to allow for faster login. All you will need is your password. You can enable this feature on the login screen.

Your Card.  Your Control.

Take control of your InsurBanc Debit Card right from your mobile device.  With transaction alerts, the ability to turn your card on and off, and more, Card Control protects you from fraud by letting you decide when, where, and how your card can be used.

What Can You Do With Card Control?

  • Turn your card on/off to transactions. When card is Off, no transactions will be processed until card is turned On*.

  • Set locations to limit the range where you card can be used with your mobile device’s GPS.

  • Restrict transactions based on merchant types to block certain merchants, where you don’t use your card often.

  • Review transaction types and monitor your finances anytime to check your account and review recent card transactions.

  • Set spending limits and monitor what spending is for, such as gas, restaurants, groceries, or retail stores.

Get Started

Step 1:  Open the CCB Mobile Banking App

Step 2:  Tap My cards

Step 3:  You will be prompted to download the CCB Card Control app to your phone from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Step 4:  Once you have downloaded the CCB Card Control app to your phone, it will be connected to the CCB Mobile Banking app. To access all the features, open the CCB Mobile Banking app and tap My Cards.

*Turning your debit card off does not impact the processing of previously scheduled payments or online payments.

With our Mobile Banking app, you can deposit checks directly into your account using the camera on your smartphone or tablet. Your deposit will be securely delivered to us for processing.
Our Mobile App and Internet access are required for Mobile Deposit.

Pay your bills from anywhere right from your mobile device. Just select a payee from your existing list, enter the amount and payment date, and confirm. That’s it! You can also view and modify pending payments. Mobile bill pay is available to all our online bill pay subscribers. This service is not available with our text banking option.

Popmoney® personal payment service is the fast and easy way to send money to family, friends or anyone you know. All you need is their email address or mobile phone number. Sending birthday money or splitting the dinner bill has never been easier – right from your mobile device. Our standard Popmoney fees apply. This service is not available with our text banking option.
