Keith J. ManginiVice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer Keith Mangini has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and is a senior commercial loan officer for InsurBanc. He began his career at InsurBanc over 20 years ago when the Bank first opened and has worked with many of his Bank clients for over 15 years. He has a deep respect for the services independent agents provide to their communities and has strong experience in lending to independent agents allowing him to develop an understanding of an agency’s financial situation and to come up with lending solutions to help his agency clients. He has traveled on behalf of InsurBanc to attend various insurance industry and state association events. He has spoken to audiences about the value of doing business with InsurBanc and on topics important to independent agents including drivers of agency value, agency operating efficiencies, acquisitions, perpetuation financing, producer development and working capital lines of credit. Prior to InsurBanc, Keith spent six years in the automotive financing industry with Ford Motor Credit Company as a financial analyst. Keith is a 1996 graduate of Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT with a BA in Interpersonal Communications and received a Certificate in General Accounting from the American Bankers Association. |

Michael D. InabinetVice President, Commercial Loan Officer Michael D. Inabinet has nearly 20 years of extensive commercial banking experience with expertise in SBA, non-profit, manufacturing, real estate, construction and health care. Michael is currently developing new agency business and managing a significant portfolio of complex and highly regarded insurance agency clients. He specializes in providing working capital lines of credit, agency acquisition financing, owner occupied real estate financing and investment financing. Michael attends various insurance industry and state association events on behalf of InsurBanc. Credit trained as an analyst in commercial lending, Michael was previously Vice President of Commercial Lending for TD Bank. Mr. Inabinet is graduate of Boston University with a BA in economics and holds an MBA from Central Connecticut State University. |

Senol UmerCommercial Loan Officer Senol Umer has over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry and 5 of those years have been in commercial lending where he has held various different roles within the lending department. Mr. Umer began is Banking career with InsurBanc in 2017 with the loan administration team, and recently came back as a loan officer. He enjoys working at InsurBanc because he’s involved in the entire loan process which includes loan structuring, underwriting, closing and portfolio management. He specializes in agency acquisitions and perpetuation financing, and also producer development and working capital lines of credit. He attends various insurance industry and state association events on behalf of InsurBanc. In addition to InsurBanc, Senol has worked at Prudential Advisors as a financial professional associate and Thomaston Savings Bank as a commercial credit analyst. Mr. Umer holds an MBA from University of Connecticut and a BS in Accounting from Post University. |
